The foundation of all our classes, workshops and camps began with this professional, private instruction which has been developed and taught over the last fifteen years. Christy reveals the tools and techniques garnered from a lifetime of experience as an Illustrator and Artist.
$60 per hour lesson for adults, $50 per lesson for a block of four or more lessons ($200)
$50 per hour lesson for children, $40 per lesson for a block of four or more lessons ($160)
Blocks are structured for students to achieve independence in the established lesson routine after four weeks or to continue for further study. Some students continue for three years or so while others want a more seasonal experience, the choice is yours!

| This time is all yours!
Private lessons are professionally tailored to the specific needs of the Artist and include a free preliminary twenty minute consultation at the beginning of the first lesson to look at past work and to discuss what goals the Artist has in mind. This time may include drawing exercises, painting techniques, botanical studies, portraiture, color theory, art history, all of the above or other. The lesson format establishes a routine much like one would for sports where there are warm up exercises, practice, new skills learned and cool down exercises with food for thought.
